Hi, my name is Kim Kent, and while I'm new to Knight School, I have been a teacher in Canby School District for 9 years now. Most of that time I taught at Carus Elementary School, grades from first to third, and for the past year I was on "special assignment" teaching technology around the district.

Personally, I am married with one son (he's six), three dogs, two cats, and eight chickens. I enjoy reading, traveling, and candy that turns my tongue funny colors. The picture you see on the side was taken in August, off my parents' boat in Georgia. I had a blast!

I am looking forward to this year and am excited for the challenges and opportunities this year will bring!
